Timothy R. Stewart is a West Point graduate and licensed New York State Real Estate Salesperson. Tim was raised in the Hudson Valley and later attended college at the United States Military Academy at West Point. While at West Point, he was a member of the Color Guard and led various volunteering events as a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. After graduating in 2022, he was commissioned as a United States Army Officer and served at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington and Camp Casey, South Korea. 

During his time in the Army, Tim has served as a Chemical Officer with a focus on Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Defense. His roles have spanned from being a CBRN subject matter expert to over 300 Soldiers to leading 30 Soldiers while managing over $8,570,000 worth of equipment and vehicles on a South Korea rotation. Tim will finish his career as a United States Army Recruiter in New York City. 

Tim’s real estate journey started at the age of 23 years old when he bought his first property. This experience along with being a third generation member of the military has inspired him to want to serve others in this field. Tim believes that all clients deserve someone that they can trust to have the ambition and determination to accomplish their goals. 

Outside of real estate, Tim is interested in fitness, watching sports, and spending time with his wife and miniature dachshund. With a diverse background in leadership, problem solving, multitasking, and serving others, Tim will work tirelessly to ensure that you succeed in your goals of selling, buying, investing, or renting!
